Inhimillinen tekijä is a different kind of talk show or, more aptly, a conversation program. Each 50-minute show has two to four guests talking about a current topic from their personal points of view. Rather than looking for the one right answer, the program invites the viewers to discuss the unresolvable enigma of life. The alternating hostesses are Anne Flinkkilä and Sari Valto.
