The Finnish Armed Forces are looking for new non-commissioned officers. Active campaigning is said to have raised interest among the Finnish youth. New NCOs would work as trainers for new reservist or as NCOs for combat armory.
The new non-commissioned officers will replace the old training officers and become the biggest personnel group in the army. According to the Finnish Defense Forces new recruits are flowing in nicely due to the internet campaigning along with internal recruitment. They have been spoiled for choice which can be seen in the quality of applicants, and the best have been chosen.
