YLE24 brings you the latest news in English from Finland and beyond on television, radio, internet and teletext.

YLE24 provides a daily five-minute radio broadcast on news from Finland on weekdays at 7:30 a.m. (weekends at 8:55) on YLE Mondo (97.5 MHz, formerly Capital FM) in the Helsinki area and on other FM outlets in Tampere, Turku, Lahti, Jyväskylä and Kuopio.

The news is re-broadcast weekdays at 8:55 a.m. on YLE Mondo and at 9:55 a.m. on Radio Peili FM frequencies in Helsinki (103.7), Tampere (88.3), Jyväskylä (87.6), Turku (96.7), Kuopio (88.1) and Lahti (90.3), as well on medium-wave at 558 kHz and on various cable frequencies.

YLE Mondo is also available via digital terrestrial TV transmitters across Finland and via the Thor Satellite at 0.8 degrees West, 12.054 Ghz, Hor. (SR 28,000 FEC 7/8).

Our daily three-minute News in English broadcast can be heard on YLE Radio 1 at 3:55 p.m., seven days a week. Tune in on 87.9 FM in the Helsinki region, 89.8 FM in Turku, 90.7 FM in Tampere and other local frequencies.

This bulletin is also broadcast at 4:10 p.m. on weekdays on Radio Peili frequencies (3:55 p.m. on weekends). TV, Teletext and Internet News

YLE television's five-minute morning English news broadcasts are broadcast weekdays at 9:09 a.m. on Channel 1.

In the meantime, we continue to offer news in English about Finland on teletext and the internet. The sites are maintained by YLE24's English-language editorial staff.
