Birds' fall migration is at its peak in southern Finland. This autumn, observers have spotted unusually large flocks of Eurasian jaybirds in the Uusimaa region.

Earlier this week, more than one thousand jaybirds were seen in Helsinki's Vuosaari district.

Finches and wood pigeons are also making their way south over southern Finland. At the moment, large flocks of cranes have also been spotted passing through Uusimaa.
