Environmental conservation group Greenpeace on Monday released its list of the “Dirty Dozen” corporate executives holding back actions on climate change. Former Nokia CEO, chairman of Royal Dutch Shell, Jorma Ollila, tops the list.

According to Greenpeace, companies like Shell are blocking climate protection efforts. The group notes that Shell and other large oil companies invest a lot of time, money and influence to prevent effective climate legislation. Representatives from other carbon intensive industries also feature on the list.

Last week, Greenpeace sent Ollila a letter, asking him to work towards limiting Shell's emissions.

The annual UN climate summit is currently being held in Durban, South Africa.
