According to a report in the tabloid daily Iltalehti, customs officials and police have uncovered a cannabis distribution network in the southeast Tampere and northern Satakunta regions.

The ringleader is suspected to be a 15-year old boy. Altogether there are about thirty suspects, the majority of them minors.

The drugs were allegedly acquired by ordering them online from overseas.

Customs official Hannu Sinkkonen said that the quantities of cannabis involved were relatively small, but that the number and age of the suspects was surprising.
