Assistant: May I present you with our special offer at the moment, a winter service package.

Customer: What's involved in that?

Assistant: A full check of winter oil and oil filter, and a change, if necessary. As well as a check of the CO adjustments in your exhaust fumes.

Customer: What does that mean?

Assistant: Basically, that would be, checking the levels of Carbon Dioxide in your exhaust fumes.

Customer: Do I have to make an appointment for a service?

Assistant: Yes, you do. You can do that right here.

Customer: How long does it take?

Assistant: About one to two hours.

Customer: Right, thank you.
