In this programme we are
- presenting the workplace
- presenting products and services, and
- having a closer look at ending conversations politely.
We'll also meet Matthew Stiff who is working in a supermarket.

MENU 1 PRESENTING YOUR WORKPLACE
* Upstairs we have Marketing and Publications, and downstairs
we have Customer Service.
* It consists of three main departments.
* We are part of the Accident and Emergency Department, but
we deal mainly with minor injuries.

MENU 2 PRESENTING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE
* What we've actually just started doing, is a new type of soup.
It's called Perfectly Balanced. We offer four types.
* You can go first class or standard class, meals are included.
