On Wednesday evening Prime Minister Sanna Marin announced plans to severely restrict movement in and out of the southern province of Uusimaa.

This week's All Points North unpicks that decision, its consequences, and looks at how people can comply with guidelines on social distancing to help slow the spread of the pandemic.
