To renew corporate culture and management, you must be open-minded and dare to experiment. Leadership is all about the ability to create something new and generate value through networks. The best networks and highest value of renewal can be obtained by means of cross-industry cooperation.
In this spirit of co-creation, we want to develop an innovative culture and management models. We are especially interested in the current and future customer experience.
At present, we are implementing an extremely inspiring learning programme in cooperation with Finnair. It is based on a lean culture and management training concept developed and tested by Yle, which we are applying and developing further. The willingness to learn and share expertise is truly satisfying and important. The atmosphere has been bold and open-minded from the very start of the programme.
We are genuinely interested in implementing similar management programmes and other co-creation projects also with other companies and corporations. To ensure that everybody will learn and reach optimal development, important starting points include the participants being willing to share their reformative expertise, being familiar with the basics of lean culture and having already started the work in their own organisation.
Create new and generate value through networks.
On 4 April 2019, Yle arranged an event called Lean Culture in Digital Customer Experience, where top names from the industry talked about how to build the customer experience with the means of lean corporate culture and management. The event was a success: it attracted more than 200 managers and change agents from more than 80 companies and corporations, and more than 2,000 people watched the event live in Yle Areena.
