Finland's social contract explained: Three more working days, pension fee hikes and more

The government and labour market organisations reached a long-awaited near-consensus on a so-called social contract, intended to avoid 1.5 billion-euros of savings measures. Labour market organisation SAK says it will take another week to more closely consider the terms of the contract.
