Gallery: Supporters celebrate passage of gay marriage bill

An estimated 5,000 demonstrators gathered in Citizens' Square near the Finnish Parliament Friday afternoon to follow the vote on a gay marriage bill. Legislators voted 105 - 92 to amend existing laws to allow same-sex couples the right to wed. The result marked the first time a citizens' initiative made into the Finnish legal code.
