The Ateneum Museum in Helsinki has decided to keep its doors open until midnight on the last two days of the wildly popular Pablo Picasso exhibit.

The exhibit's last day is Thursday, January 28th.

The Picasso exhibit has broken attendance records for a single exhibit at Ateneum as well as pushed the annual number of visitors to record levels. People have waited in long queues to get into the museum, despite the fact that tickets can be bought in advance.

Around 275,000 people have seen the exhibit.

On Tuesday, January 19th, the museum will also be open late for a youth night, when people aged 18-26 will be given discounts on tickets.

See the Ateneum's Pablo Picasso website for details.
