Nordea: Economic Growth Slowdown

Nordea Bank predicts Finland’s economic growth, in line with the global economy, will lose momentum next year.

Nordea says the slow growth is due to fewer exports and modest consumption.

Despite the slowdown of growth, Nordea says that the overall picture for next year is good. The bank says that unemployment will continue to decline, there is a surplus of state finances and inflation is under control. Furthermore, Nordea says the investment outlook for 2007 is relatively good.
