Police in the western Finnish town of Pori have confirmed to YLE that a 50-year-ole man seriously hurt during a storm which hit a music festival two weeks ago has died of his injuries.
They add his death will not be the subject of a criminal investigation. He was one of two people seriously injured at the Sonisphere Music Festival held earlier this month in Pori.
A sudden and unusually powerful storm surprised festival fans and knocked part of a stage into the crowd.
Winds ripped apart one of the main stage's support scaffolding and sent it flying into the crowd. Altogether around 40 people were injured, with two requiring hospitalisation at the time.
The couple will visit a school in Vantaa and the Santahamina garrison
Taking place in 2018-2019, the excess logging was done during expansion work on a Google data centre facility.
